This comment is what I have understood from a reviewing of a scientific conference journal, which does not accept open publication. The comment was in English, and concerned an English translation of the above paper. We report in black ink the comments, and their answer in blue. The comments tell approximately the following:
Ce rapport est ce que j’ai compris d’un rapport en anglais émanant d’un journal publiant des actes de congrès en anglais. L’article Poudres & Grains a été traduit en anglais pour la circonstance et présenté au congrès. Aucune objection n’a été faite lors de sa présentation, et un certain nombre d’auditeurs, hydrodynamiciens d’origine, extérieurs au sujet m’ont parlé en terme favorable de cette présentation. Le rapport est imprimé en noir et leur réponse en bleu. Ce rapport dit en essence :
